Intercomp Jack Weigh Kits are available in a variety of configurations.  They are compact, easily transportable and can be used with a variety of remote indicators depending on the data you need to gather.

 

All Intercomp top of jack weighing kits use digital output load cells (DOLC’s).  With DOLC’s the analog to digital conversion is performed at the load cell making it an independently operating scale.  Any DOLC can be connected with any Intercomp wireless radio module or CPU.  If a cell, radio, cable or CPU channel fails, simply replace it with a spare – no need to recalibrate or configure an entirely new kit.  This saves valuable time during the weighing process and allows you to return the aircraft into service in a timely and accurate manner.

 

 

Lets you easily and cost effectively improve the efficiency, safety and convenience of your aircraft weighing process.  RFX wireless radios use high level communication protocols containing small, low power digital radios operating within commercial worldwide industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) radio bands.  Each radio contains its own communication protocol and is encrypted for a safe and secure signal. 

Intercomp kits are available in wired and wireless models.  Load Cell capacities enable you to weigh any size aircraft.  Custom fixtures are available for cradle and tension weighing.

 

These load cells meet current USAF Purchase Descriptions and are available via GSA Contract and National Stock Numbers.

 

When calibrated using Intercomp manual or auto calibration systems, these cells can be tested, corrected and verified in less than one hour saving valuable time and ensuring the system is ready for use.
