Portable LS-WIM Scale for Enforcement Description
Intercomp LS630-WIM™ Portable Weigh-In-Motion Scales provide authorities the ability to bring screening and/or direct enforcement capabilities to areas not served by permanent weigh stations. Configurations consist of just two Portable Low-Speed Weigh-In-Motion Scales, four roll up ramps/levelers and the CPU or PC. This provides authorities with a fast, efficient and cost effective solution for portable truck scales to protect roadways and concentrate enforcement almost anywhere you need it.
At Intercomp, we manufacture LS630-WIM™ Scale Systems with an OIML R134 certified dynamic accuracy of 2 to 3% at low speed. LS630-WIM™ scales are NTEP certified in static mode with an accuracy of ± 0.5%. The scales collect axle weights, group weights, gross vehicle weight, and axle spacing data for a full vehicle weight profile. LS630-WIM™ Portable Low-Speed Weigh-In-Motion Scale Advantages
LS630-WIM™ Scale Systems combine the timesaving qualities of Weigh-In-Motion with the convenience of portable scales. The RFX® Wireless communication between the portable WIM scales and optional indicators allows for quick set up and easy operation. Scales are operated via the TS30™ Touchscreen CPU and printer, the PT20™ WIM CPU and printer, or with a PC using IntercompWIM™ software. Wireless communication is standard on both devices while cables can be used for back up purposes. Additional LS630-WIM™ Scale System benefits include:
