Job Description:

Intercomp Company, a worldwide leader in manufacturing weighing systems for the aerospace, automotive, industrial, agricultural and military industries is looking for a full-time Sales Support Specialist.
  

A sales support role is a function within the commercial organization that enables the sales team to sell more effectively by handling the administrative, operational, and customer-facing tasks that do not require a salesperson’s direct involvement. 
The goal is simple: Free up sales reps so they can focus on selling, while ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and consistent service. 

 
Responsibilities include:

• Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts 

• Processing orders and managing sales documentation 

• Providing assistance to sales with the use of CRM, quoting and  

• Scheduling meetings, demos, or follow-ups 

• Responding to customer inquiries 

• Assisting with product information or pricing 

• Coordinating with internal teams (ops, service, finance) 

• Creating or updating sales collateral 

• Supporting product launches with resources and information 

• Feeding customer insights back to sales and marketing 

• Running standard sales reports 

• Assisting with CRM content – price lists, product descriptions, tracking active/inactive products 

• Ensuring the sales team has visibility into order status
