Job Description:
Responsibilities Include:

Develop, maintain, and release all manufacturing work instructions, including assembly, calibration, button-up, shipping, and welding.

Create and release check-sheets, testing procedures, and inspection instructions.

Design, specify, and support manufacturing fixtures.

Create and maintain routings and establish run-time standards for new and updated part numbers.

Conduct time studies to support labor standards and capacity planning.

Lead pre-production training for revised or newly released manufacturing processes.
-
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for production equipment.

Drive continuous improvement and value engineering initiatives on legacy products, including Design for Manufacturability (DFM).

Support definition, tracking, and reporting of key production KPIs.

Collaborate closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve process stability.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing engineer role.

Strong hands-on experience with mechanical and electronic assemblies.

Experience creating welding instructions and/or direct welding experience preferred.

Experience working in an ISO 9001–certified manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Comfortable working extensively on the shop floor in a demanding manufacturing setting.
