Strong 2013 finish for Joe Gibbs Racing and Intercomp!

Minneapolis, MN – Joe Gibbs Racing wrapped up a strong 2013 season with Denny Hamlin taking home the win in the #11 car at Homestead-Miami Speedway in the last race of the year. This gave JGR their twelfth win of the season; the most in the organization’s 22 years of racing.
Coming into the race, the attention was on JGR teammate Matt Kenseth in the #20 car, chasing overall points leader Jimmy Johnson in the #48 car for the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Car Championship title. While Kenseth started on the pole and led most of the laps, he would end up coming in second for the race and for overall points.
Third JGR teammate, Kyle Busch in the #18 car, also had a solid season with four wins, finishing seventh at Homestead-Miami, and fourth in overall points.
