Convey-All® is a leading manufacturer of custom agricultural conveyor systems and seed tenders in North America. Their latest development, the CST-1550 semi-trailer tender with a six-compartment stainless steel tank, allows farmers to blend up to six different products. To ensure accurate unloading of products, Convey-All® needed a reliable and accurate scale system, with a goal of achieving consistency at 1% or better of applied load. Intercomp’s wireless weighing systems offer customizable indicator configurations for OEMs. For Convey-All®, Intercomp developed a wireless handheld controller that allows users to view weights, run and move both conveyors, as well as open and close hopper doors. An Intercomp LD720™ RFX™ Wireless Indicator with a bright 1.5-inch (35.1 mm) LED screen also provides these functions with clear visibility in all lighting and weather conditions.

The scale system is equipped with DESB load cells that use strain gauge technology, which is widely accepted as the most accurate and reliable method for obtaining weights. The use of this technology ensures stable and long-lasting performance year after year. These high-capacity load cells feature a low profile, allowing for safer and more stable transportation and a lower loading height.
